Club standards are a set of goal times that are set out to challenge the individual runner, no matter what their age. There are 6 standards, TUNGSTEN, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, DIAMOND and PLATINUM. These in turn are set for 11 race distances 1 Mile, 5K, 5 Miles, 10K, 7 Miles, 10Miles,20 K, Half Marathon, 15 Miles, 20 Miles and Marathon.

Are you ready to submit your age gradings ?
- The times given must be equalled or bettered to meet the club standard.
- You must complete at least three different distances
- The courses must be officially measured road races.
- Times must be as recorded in official results.
- Your annual award will be derived from the three best distances run and will be the lowest of the grades achieved for those three distances.
