Are you ready to submit an age gradings time?

  • The time given must be equalled or bettered to meet the age grading standard.
  • You must complete at least three different distances over the year.
  • The time can be set at races, parkruns or at other times.
  • Timing data (GPS watch, phone app, etc.) must be available for audit, should it be requested.
  • Your annual award will be derived from the three best distances run and will be the lowest of the grades achieved for those three distances.
  • You can submit as many times, for as many distances, as you like over the year. A faster time will overwrite a previous slower one.
