
This is the home for information relating to our Junior section
Our Junior section is for runners aged 8-14. All abilities are welcome, from complete beginner to experienced athletes.
Training sessions take place on Thursdays 6.30 – 7.30pm.
Our Juniors enjoy a variety of sessions including:
Track running,
Sprints,
Hurdles,
Cross country,
Long jump,
Throwing.

We also play games, take part in competitions, make friends and have lots of fun.
Normal PE kit is all that is needed.
