A Sunny Celebration for Karen’s 500th parkrun Milestone

Black Dogs gathered at Gorleston Cliffs parkrun on 28^th March, alongside family and friends to celebrate Karen Gedge’s incredible 500^th parkrun milestone.

Starting from the north end of Marine Parade on a very sunny Saturday morning, a group of runners joined Karen on the 5K route to help her celebrate and were rewarded with a delicious selection of homemade cakes afterwards.

Thank you to all of the Gorleston Cliffs parkrun volunteers for supporting the run, a great time was had by all.

Well done to Karen!
