Guide Dogs benefit from Groggy Doggy

Sarah Wilby and Stephen Read, club Chair handed over a cheque for £538 to Richard Bussien from the Guide Dogs charity on Tuesday evening. This was the club’s donation from our Boxing Day ‘Groggy Doggy’ race.

Sarah Wilby, one of our three V.I./blind runners, is also a guide dog owner and said “Everyone at Bungay Black Dog Running Club is so proud of the money that we have raised through our Groggy Doggy race. As a guide dog owner myself, I am so pleased my club is able to support this fantastic charity – it makes such a difference to so many lives”.
