Senior Buggy Run 10:00 – 11:00

A session for adults (18+) with pre-school children (6 months+) in running buggys.

Usually about 5k, but can be further for faster runners.

Caters for all abilities and speeds.

Must have a proper three-wheeled running buggy with a five point harness.

Tuesday

Senior Effort Sessions 17:30 – 18:30 & 18:30 – 19:30

Age 15+

Development – all abilities to improve fitness and performance. Efforts run on timed intervals.

Event Group – all abilities to improve fitness and performance. Efforts run on timed distance.

Offsite – have a change of scenery with hills and local loops. (age 15-17 with permission only)

Wednesday

Senior Strength and Conditioning 18:00 – 19:00

Age 15+

Get stronger and fitter with our circuits and strength sessions.

Thursday

Senior Social Runs 18:30 – 19:30

Age 15+ (age 15-17 with permission only)

3-4 miles (5-6.5km) with stops.

5 miles (8km) 11-12 min/miles (6.50-7.25 min/km)

10-11 min/miles (6.15-6.50 min/km)

9-10 min/miles (5.40 – 6.15 min/km)

8-9 min/miles (5-5.40 min/km)

Faster mixed pace 7.30 min/mile (4.40 min/km)

Senior Social Runs (2 hour) 17:15 – 19:30

Part 1 – 17:15 TO 18:15

5 miles (8km) 10-11 min/miles (6.15-6.50 min/km)

Part 2 – 18.30 TO 19:30

Senior Long Runs 08:00

Age 15+ (age 15-17 with permission only)

Organised most weeks* throughout the year.

Usually longer (10+ miles) and shorter (5km) runs.

Juniors

Monday and Thursday 18:30 – 19:30

Ages 7-14

All abilities welcome.

£1 per session (payable on the day)

Normal ‘PE kit’ is all that is needed
