Races start: at 7.00pm. Out of courtesy for our marshals and volunteers, we would expect all those entering the event to be able to complete the course within 1 hour 30 minutes. We will be standing down marshals at 8.30pm.  Runners may still participate who may take longer than the 90 minutes allowed but please wear a hi-viz/reflective vest and head/body torch, and be aware that there may not be crowds at the finish. The tail runner will remain with the last runner to ensure safe return to BARC.

Running tops must not be removed for the duration of the race. Anyone not complying may be disqualified.

• Race 1 – 19th June
• Race 2 – 10th July

Parking: Parking will be available at race HQ.

Number collection: Race numbers will be available to pick up on race day from 6.00pm and we will be able to take on-the-day entries at an extra cost of £1 per entry (assuming that race has not sold out – check the club’s social media for last minute information on this).

Bag drop: There will be no bag drop – the car park is close to the start/finish so please leave your belongings in your car. BBDRC take no responsibility for any items left in your vehicle or at race HQ.

Refreshments: Tea, coffee, cakes will be available for a small donation.

Facilities: You will have access to toilets on-site but not changing facilities.

Headphones: No headphones or earbuds will be permitted at these races (this includes bone-conducting headphones). Anyone wearing headphones of any type will be disqualified.

Medals: all runners will receive a medal after each race if they would like one.

Prizes: Please stay for the prize-giving at the end of each race – there will be prizes for the first, second and third male and female runners.
